This blog came to be when I realized there was simply not enough information available about cycling in the Milford, Pennsylvania area. With many miles of pavement, gravel roads, and lots of trails, Milford is an ideal cycling spot and a great place for the outdoor enthusiast.

Milford is a historic town that sits in the Delaware Valley in Pike County, along the Delaware River, bordering both New York and New Jersey. Milford has lots of cafes, restaurants, and quaint shops that make it a great place to start or finish a ride.

    I just came across your blog, really enjoying following your exploits. I recently moved to Bushkill from NYC, I appreciate reading about your local rides So fat=r I have mostly been gravel riding Mcdade Trail. Do you publish your rides on Strava or Ride with GPS per chance ? It would be great to be able to load these routes into my phone and discover more of the area. Also nice to see some love for Tony Carey.

    1. Hi Jan,
      I’m leaving Tuesday for a 4 day ride around Buffalo and Niagra. I’ll be back on 9/13 and will resume Sunday Morning rides from either Milford or Barryville, NY.
      I’ll send you a message when we decide where we are riding.
